What skills do I need to have coming into the course?
None! You can come in as a complete beginner. Maybe you took piano lessons as a kid and want a refresher? This course is good for you too.
But seriously, I don't even have an ear for music.
Seriously, this is a course for people who love music and want to have fun with it. It's a party after all! We believe that everyone and anyone can have fun with the piano. And we promise you will pick up skills as you play.
Is this suitable for all ages?
Yes! Whether you're 9 or 99, you'll have fun learning with Harry. We've had kids as young as 5 engage with the sessions.
Do I need a piano to participate?
We recommend you have access to a keyboard. It doesn't need to be fancy!
Where can I find a keyboard?
There are many affordable options here from as low as $49. Find a keyboard that fits your budget as you learn to play.
Or, ask your friends and family if they have one that you could borrow!
Can I use a piano app on my tablet?
If you really want to master hand placement and the like, an app won't give you the full experience. But if you're mostly here for Harry and for the community and a ton of fun piano content, you might not mind the difference!
Can I learn at my own pace?
Absolutely!
The sessions have been designed to be flexible to fit within your schedule. On average, each lesson should take you about 30 minutes to complete.
But don't forget to practice! And be sure to set aside some time to talk with your fellow players in the community.
Do I need to complete Season 1 before starting Season 2?
No you don't!
You may choose to begin with Season 2 if you feel familiar with the basics of piano-playing. If you are brand new to playing the piano, or if you simply want to brush up on what you already know, you may begin with Season 1.
We recommend bundling Season 1 and 2 to ensure that you don't miss out on any key concepts as you start (or re-start) your piano-playing journey, or any of the fun.
When does the course start?
Episodes 1-5 will be available starting March 29th, and episodes 5-9 will be available starting April 21st.
If you purchase the Premium package, you will get access to the community and live sessions on April 21st and June 16th.
If you purchase the Basic package, you will only have access to the video sessions. You will have the option to upgrade anytime to the Premium package!
How long will I have access to the content after purchase?
Piano Party course content and community access will be available for 4 months after purchase.
How involved is Harry, really?
This is 100% Harry Connick Jr.'s program. He teaches every session and hosts live online sessions.

What's your refund policy?
